Abstract Geometric correction processes contribute to zero-defect manufacturing for improved product quality. Thin-walled metallic components are widely used in numerous applications such as electric vehicles and aircraft due the lightweight feature, facilitating achieve zero-emission goals. However, many suffer geometric imperfections inaccuracies undesired curvatures twists, seriously affecting subsequent operations, example, automatic welding assembly. techniques have been established address these issues, but they drawn little attention scientific community despite their wide urgent demands industry.
